To perform our services, we will require access to water for the pressure washer and electricity for the necessary equipment. Please ensure that we have easy access to these utilities at your location.
2. Pricing
The prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle and size. If the vehicle is in particularly poor condition, the price will be adjusted proportionally. We reserve the right to inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with the service.
3. Weather Conditions
Weather conditions may affect our ability to perform the service. In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will inform you as soon as possible if this occurs.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Responsibility for Vehicle Condition
We take great care in providing high-quality services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as scratches, chips, or other imperfections that may become more visible after cleaning.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, card, or other forms of payment agreed upon prior to service.
7. Additional Services
Any additional services requested that are not included in the package will be charged separately. Prices for these services will be provided upfront.
